Week 1, 21/5/2011, Code of Conduct / Rules
Objective: Players to have a good understanding of the Program (the workshop component, basketball, dinner and transport), the people involved (volunteers, tournament manager, youth worker) and to come up with their own rules / code of conduct to take ownership. Also learn the importance of team work and get to know each other and work together as a team.

Objective: Learn how to cooperate effectively and respect one another, create team names and develop a positive rapport among peers.

Objective: Increase alternative education avenues and interest in arts and media. Consider effects of binge drinking and effective ways to reach youth on dangers.

Objective: Healthy eating is cheaper; Eat more fruit and veg; What should be eaten most and least; The healthy food pyramid; Reading recipes/food safety.

Objective: Inspire learning and self belief. Even when faced with adversity you can achieve great things and in fact it can make you stronger.

Objective: Drug prevention presentation to increase awareness of the negative effects of drugs.

Objective: Players learn about rail safety awareness along with identifying dangerous behaviour. Create a better understanding of life after a dangerous risk that results in serious injury.
