Week 1, 23/07/2010, Code of Conduct / Rules
Objective: Players to have a good understanding of the Program (the workshop component, basketball, dinner and transport), the people involved (volunteers, tournament manager, youth worker) and to come up with their own rules / code of conduct to take ownership. Also learn the importance of team work and working together.

Objective: Through music and expression players are provided with different experiences of culture. Our aim is to to improve the level of understanding among players by sharing their understanding about cultural heritage and what it means to be part of a multicultural community.

Objective: Players will be provided with creative discussions on how to build one’s self esteem and confidence through a number of strategies. Aim to increase awareness of the importance of self-esteem and confidence in young players' growth and development and our society.

Week 5, 20/08/2010, Looking After Your Mates
Objective: Understanding about harm and helping others with alcohol and drug misuse. Some fact sheets and posters will be made available and ‘grog goggles’ will be utilised to simulate “drunkenness and loss of control”. A list of local support agencies and youth workers will also be distributed among players.

Week 6, 27/08/2010, Where's Your Headspace
Objective: This workshop will cover sensitive issues around youth mental health. Identifying early signs of mental illness including depression.

Objective: Facts about good and healthy eating. Players to have a good understanding of positive body image and the nutrititional needs of their bodies as they grow and develop.

Objective: Provide players an overview of the range of cultural differences among their co- players. To improve the level of understanding among players by sharing their understanding about cultural heritage and what it means to be part of a multicultural community.

Objective: Update participants about what problems are associated with cultural differences in today's society. An interactive session where groups brainstorm issues surrounding young people in regards to cultural diversity.

Objective: Provide players with information and discussion space about healthy and unhealthy relationships. This will be a short session to investigate incidents of unhealthy relationships. The key focus will be on domestic violence, family violence, relationship violence and bullying.

Objective: The Building Blocks of the Rock and Water program are self-control, self-reflection and self-confidence The program will have grounding, centring and Foussing as the 3 main objectives of the Rock and Water program.

Objective: Provide a discussion space about current trends in alcohol and drug misuse. Some fact sheets and posters will be utilised as 'triggers' for dispelling myths about usage. Drug fact sheets will be distributed among the players. A list of local support agencies and youth workers will also be distributed among players.
