Playing In The Shadows
This profound and extraordinary film about Midnight Basketball premiered at the Sydney Film Festival, attended by the youth stars of the film who appeared on stage after the screening for a warmly recieved Q&A with the entire audience of the State Theatre. Subsequently appeared on ABC TV. It follows a group of players from Midnight Basketball after the tournament in Woolloomooloo in Sydney. Produced by Marco Ianniello and Sascha Ettinger Epstein, capturing beautifully the spirit of the community and participants.
